Strategy: CTS Cement Manufacturing requested the re-alignment, re-positioning, and redesign of over 80 existing products withing three core master brands: Rapid Set, Komoponent and CTS.
Implementation: Adhering to strict cost analysts, each design was created with advanced knowledge of bag template specifications, printing plate limitations, color trapping requirements, and print tolerances. Graphical elements were defined for each family of product. An increase in sales followed as customers were able to better differentiate product groupings, offerings and functions.
