I’ve been waiting for like 3 weeks with no updates.. no communication at all... not sure how they go from being excellent to what’s going on here? I am so upset with this company, scamming small business like mine, I am sure they have done it thousands of times. © 2021 Trustpilot, Inc. All rights reserved. This is horrible. I have been requesting this company to withdraw my application for over 2 months. For one thing, Gusto has a D – rating with the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”). They will not even update my records so that US Bank can process my PPP due to the fact that they used my SS# and US bank said that kabbage was supposed to update to my EIN. They would not work with me at all, they could care less about small business's . So now I am waiting yet again with another company cause of everyone is their mother have been applied for help cause of Covid-19.I have finally decided to apply for the forgiveness with Kabbage. *So if you want to get screwed over more ways then one, I am sure Kabbage will do that for you. The person told me it was submitted on 4/2/21 so I said you guys held my forgiveness for 4 months with out submitting he then said to me no mam I made a mistake there is no date here listed. Also, after 2 months of requesting my app be withdrawn it still is showing active and accruing interest. The government need to investigate them and now their customer service is based outside of the US when you ask for a supervisor they tell you she is on another call and can’t take your call! The email didn't even have an identifying individual it was from the K servicing team. We are currently not accepting forgiveness applications due to changes made by the SBA. Nothing else, no requirement's were explained to me, and no one contacted me to see if there was anything I could or would provide to work with me.
