Strategy:
Developed a series of comprehensive eLearning courses. These courses were meticulously designed to align with Adult Learning Theory, ensuring optimal engagement and retention. Each course includes interactive video elements, knowledge checks, test assessments, and various learning interactions to enhance the learning experience. Special focus was given to accessibility and compatibility across multiple platforms, emphasizing mobile-first design for specific courses.
Implementation:
All courses were configured for Learning Management Systems (LMS) using SCORM standards for efficient student tracking and progress monitoring. The lessons received accolades from Adobe in 2024 and 2021, respectively, for their innovative approaches.
